No Refund, Exchange Only.

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 14 days upon successful arrival of your order if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.

Your item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging that it was received along with proof of purchase e.g., payment receipt, order number, or contact info. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will send an email to notify you of its clearance for exchange.

Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Do consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that your return shipping will be received in a safe and timely manner.
